Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Sunfish Online ("Sunfish") is a management consultancy and has a strong commitment to be a responsible business, taking a robust approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement relates to action taken during the financial year of 1st September 2020 – 31st August 2021.
Sunfish is committed to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within their supply chains or within any supply chains of their service providers. Sunfish has an Anti-Slavery Policy in place and it ensures all the necessary steps to the promotion of ethical practices throughout the Company.
As part of Sunfish’s due diligence process into modern slavery and human trafficking, a supplier approval process will include a review of controls undertaken by the supplier. The management control required for these suppliers will be regularly monitored.
Sunfish is committed to providing the necessary training to their employees to ensure full understanding of the risks of human trafficking and modern slavery.
Sunfish will not deal with any company involved in or associated with modern slavery or human trafficking.
The Sunfish Directors take responsibility for implementing and promoting the Anti-Slavery Policy and will review this on an annual basis.
Sunfish encourages all its employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organisation. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking.
